IGC offers birthday parties for members and non-members. Parties are 1.5 hours long which includes 1 hour of gym instruction and fun with a coach and 30 minutes in the party room. Non-members need to ensure they fill out and turn in a waiver if they intend on playing on gym equipment. Celebrations can be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays only, contact the front office for available dates and times.
The birthday gymnast and their friends begin the party out in the gym for the first hour. They will get to jump on trampolines, flip on bars, swing on the rope, and much more! Don't forget to request a Ninja party theme if your gymnasts would like to have obstacle courses set up for their gym fun. We encourage adults to come out in the gym and take memorable photographs of the party, but we ask that they please stay off the equipment. Parents may accompany young gymnasts aged up to 3 years old on the gym floor if needed.
While gymnasts are playing in the gym parents and other guests enjoy the party room where presents, cake, and food can be set up. During the last 30 minutes of the party all guests will gather in the party room to finish the celebration.
Birthday parties are $250 for members and $300 for non-members. (Check payments not accepted from Non-members) A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Full fee must be paid one week before scheduled date of party. Payments can not be taken day of party.All parties are 1.5 hours which includes 1 hour of gym time and 30 minutes in the party room for cake and presents for up to 15 children. If you would like more time out in the gym each additional 30 minutes is $50. If you need more time in the party room to enjoy cake and presents, each additional 30 minutes is $20. This does not include food, cake or decorations. You can arrive up to 15 minutes early to decorate and set up the party room for your celebration.
Now that you know you would like to celebrate your birthday with IGC simply email or come in to the office to check available days and times and pick up guest waivers if needed. Saturday times start from 3:30PM and Sunday times from 11:00AM. A $50 deposit must be paid in order to reserve your date and times. Deposits are not refundable/transferable. The earlier you can schedule your party the better chance you have of getting the times that work for you and your guests. The remaining balance is paid the day of the party.
